Villa Ottoboni
A past rich in history and traditions.

The earliest documents that testify to the existence of Villa Ottoboni in Padua date back to 1545. From 1645 to 1761, the villa was the property of the noble Venetian Ottoboni family. In 1672 it was inherited by Cardinal Pietro Vito Ottoboni, who became Pope Alexander VIII in 1689. The property, in 1725, passed to the supervision of his cousin, Cardinal Pietro Ottoboni, the art patron and protector of musicians like Handel, Corelli, Vivaldi, Scarlatti, Caldara, and also of architect and sculptor, Filippo Juvarra.

Villa Ottoboni underwent meticulous restoration, which concluded in 2003, and soon became an important and successful Conference Centre for Padua and its hinterland.

The ideal location to host your meetings, conferences or events surrounded by an enchanting cultural and historical setting.
